How do I confirm the scale I want for my models?

On the bottom left of the cart page is a box to put any special instructions in. Place any scale request here.

Can I get a model printed in a different scale?

The short answer is yes. We are willing to scale any model to meet your needs. See a great 32mm model but want it at 75mm no problem. Simply contact us and we will provide you with a quote.

What is the difference between FDM and SLA technology?

FDM or fused deposition modeling is the technology of melting plastic (often PLA) and extruding it in very fine layers to build the model. We use this technology for larger non detailed models to keep the cost low. SLA or stereo lithography uses liquid resin cured by UV light to build models in ultra fine detail. We use this technology for our minis and models of high detail. More information on 3D printing and the materials used can be found on our material data page.

Can I paint my model?

Yes all 3D printed models can be painted. We recommend a light priming before using acrylic hobby paints to paint the model. We would also recommend sealing the model after for durability. There are many quality video instructions on how to paint minis.

What kind of glue can I use to assemble or repair my model?

The best glue to use for 3D printed models is a super glue. We recommend a gel glue for better application control.

Will my model look like the model in the product listing image?

For the majority of our listings, the pictures are computer renderings. We do attempt to provide photos of actual printed models when available. We continue to update our product photos as they become available. Colors of metallic models may vary depending on the available filaments. Rainbow colors vary from model to model based on the color distribution of the filament spool.

Will I receive tracking for my order's shipment

Yes. We currently use Canada Post expedited as our default shipping service. This provides a tracking number and insurance for lost packages. We will provide you with the tracking number as soon as your order ships via a confirmation E-mail.

How long will delivery take?

We use Canada post Expedited service. This usually takes 3-5 days for delivery within Canada and up-to 10 day to the US. During times of high volume (Christmas) this can be extended. International orders can take up to 6 weeks or more. We cannot control delivery times but we do monitor and update customers to delayed shipments. *** Due to Covid-19 Canada Post and USPS are not guaranteeing delivery times ***
