With all our models great care is used in the printing and post processing stages to ensure the best quality possible. Minor scaring may occur during the printing due to required support. The greatest effort has been made to avoid or reduce any scaring. Each model is inspected before shipping. The greatest care is given to ensure secure packaging and lower the risk of damage during shipment.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the product please contact us for a replacement or refund within 10 days of receiving the order. All efforts will be made to ensure your satisfaction. Unfortunately we cannot accept models which have been primed/painted or alter in any way from their original design or purpose.
